I woke up to a familiar sound, it was the campaign screen of my favorite game. I had fallen asleep while playing again. but something was off, as I started to try and concentrate, I starrted to hear an extremely faint buzz. Ignoring it, I looked at the screen.
Nighthawk: Aki, you there?
Nighthawk: It's time for school, you're gonna be late again
Nighthawk: Whatever, good luck catching the bus

The small, blond haired toddler trembled in fear. This man had kicked him, hit, him and yelled at him as his mother led him into the sunset. Why was she letting him do that? Why did she look so sad?
